Renee is a marketing specialist at Barnum Financial Group’s Center for Special Needs Planning. She joined her husband, Kevin, in the family partnership at MetLife as a financial services representative in 1998. This same year, Kevin became a MetDESK Specialist and with two children with special needs of their own, it was a natural fit.  Working in the special needs planning arena, Renee has met and helped many wonderful families.  She is excited about the opportunity to be part of the organization and operation of the Center.

In her personal life, Renee has been on the Board of Directors of and involved in managing and fund raising for several youth sports organizations. She has volunteered in the office of the local high school’s College and Career Center helping young people choose their path after graduation, as well as helping to start up and coach the school’s Girls Lacrosse team.
 
Renee lives in Sherman with her husband Kevin, three English Mastiffs, and her horse, Odin. She raises beef cattle and chickens on her family farm in Virginia, and is a dedicated horse owner and Dressage rider.
