Anthony is a Special Needs Planner at Barnum Financial Group's Center for Special Needs Planning.  He has been in the financial services industry since 1991 as a representative with MetLife.

In 2002 he received the title of Special Needs Planner with MetLife’s Center For Special Needs Planning, was created to serve families that have children of all ages with disabilities.  To receive such a designation representatives are required, not only to demonstrate an excellence in servicing clients in the area of insurance, but they must also show a commitment to educating and aiding the special needs community.  As the father of a child with special needs, Anthony has a very personal commitment to the MetDESK program and in helping parents in similar situations.  When his daughter, Mackenzie was diagnosed with apraxia at the age of five, it became his personal mission to help as many families as possible and after being introduced to the MetDESK® program, he knew it would be a perfect fit.  Anthony’s life experience has taught him that parenting a child with special needs takes special planning.

In 2007, Anthony partnered with the Barnum Financial Group so that he can provide his clients with, what he feels are, the best financial products and resources in the industry.  It is here that  Anthony and Kevin's vision fostered the development of Barnum Financial Group's Center for Special Needs Planning.  Their vast knowledge, experience and resources have been combined to build a central resource for families throuout Connecticut and surrounding states to rely on.

Anthony resides in Kensington, CT with his wife Shelly and three children, Taylor, Mackenzie and Connor.  Anthony is an active member of the community.  He sits on the Berlin Board of Education to give a voice to the special needs community in the schools. He was appointed Treasurer of the ARC of Connecticut and also sits on the board of directors of Directions' Above & Beyond Fund. He is actively associated with the Coalition for Inclusive Education and the Berlin Special Kid’s Network.
